Presidential Fellowship alumni continue to demonstrate their commitment to the program and the broader GW community by leading professional development seminars for current fellows and graduate students across the University.

The third seminar of Fall 2025 was led by Elizabeth Glidden ('13), who spoke with GW graduate students about building a “resiliency toolkit” to navigate unexpected career pivots successfully. She discussed current trends in the job market and the inevitability of professional uncertainty, emphasizing the importance of developing resiliency skills early. Elizabeth shared practical strategies and actionable advice for managing career changes and achieving success, regardless of a shifting environment.
