The PAFs sat down with President Knapp for a discussion on change and leadership during our weekly meeting on Wednesday, February 4. PAFs shared examples of experiences where they had shaped a change in their classes, placements, and on university committees. We then asked President Knapp questions about his experiences with change and leadership. The conversation focused on strategies to communicate overarching vision for change and the importance of balancing different inclinations of stakeholders for potential changes. Additionally, we discussed the different key aspects of GW culture that are critical to preserve and ways we can celebrate and build on them. The PAFs definitely gained valuable perspective from our time with President Knapp. We thank President Knapp for his time with the PAFs and his continued support of the PAF program.
