The George Washington University’s Presidential Fellowship is excited to announce the selection of three students for the refreshed 2024-2025 cohort. These students will receive full tuition coverage for two years as they pursue graduate degrees and develop professional skills. As featured in GW Today, the Presidential Fellowship is a key program within GW’s Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs (OGPA), aimed at fostering academic excellence and leadership. Under the guidance of Program Director Autumn Anthony, the fellowship provides recipients with unique opportunities for growth in their chosen fields, along with volunteer experience and valuable mentorship.
This year’s fellows, Nina Balandina, Jack Hatcher, and Markella Lanara, will each serve in offices that align with their career goals, gaining hands-on experience in roles across the university, including the offices of the President and Provost. Highlighted in the GW Today article, each fellow shared their gratitude and enthusiasm for the chance to work alongside university leaders and contribute to the GW community. Their experiences reflect the program's mission to empower students to make a meaningful impact, both on campus and beyond.
