At Spring Training we discussed how to effectively manage up. Following the 70/20/10 model, which posits that professional development takes place through 70% personal experiences, 20% learning from others, and 10% direct education, the training included a brief presentation, simulations, and small group discussions.

The PAF Program is excited to welcome Mae Cooper as our new Professional Development Advisor, joining Toby Davidow and the rest of the PAF Advising Team in guiding the career and professional development activities for fellows. Although we are excited welcome Mae, it is a bittersweet moment, as we bid “farewell” to Sara Melita who served as the founding Professional Development Advisor for the PAF program.
